Which platforms does it monitor?
Google Business Profile with full integration. The internal survey supports redirects to Google Maps, TripAdvisor, TheFork or a custom platform.
Can I reply to reviews from Qamarero?
Yes, straight from the panel. No need to open Google.
Is this the same as the internal survey?
No. The survey collects private post-payment feedback. ORM manages public reviews already published on Google. They work together: the survey filters and redirects.
How does the automatic survey work?
The system emails reminders after the bill closes. The first at one hour, the second at 24 hours. If there's no email, it's sent by SMS.
Is it worth it if I already have a good rating?
A good rating without active management is fragile. An unanswered negative review lowers the perception of everyone who reads it after.
How is it different from tools like ReviewTrackers?
Qamarero connects reviews with the internal survey, CRM and POS. It's not a standalone tool, it's part of the same system you run your restaurant in.
How do I connect my Google profile?
From the panel, you authorise access to your Google Business Profile and pick your locations. Reviews sync automatically.
Can I delete negative reviews?
No. No one can delete Google reviews unless they breach policy. What you can do is reply professionally and generate more positive reviews to dilute the impact.
