Your own delivery channel, no commissions.
Pickup and own delivery integrated with your POS and kitchen. And if you want aggregators, Uber Eats, Glovo and Just Eat come through the same screen.

Own channel + aggregators, on the same screen.
Your delivery and pickup pay no commission. And orders from Uber Eats, Glovo and Just Eat enter the same POS and KDS, with no loose tablets.
Own channel, no commission
Pickup (collection) and own delivery run from your website. Every direct order is margin you don't lose to platform fees.
Centralised aggregators
Uber Eats, Glovo and Just Eat enter the POS like any other order. No extra tablet, no manual re-entry.
The customer is yours
On your own channel you get name, phone and address. On platforms, the data stays with the platform. Starting with Pickup is the lowest-friction step.
Want to see it with your actual menu?
15 minutes, no strings attached.
From your kitchen to the customer, whichever channel you choose.
Pickup (collection in-store)
The customer orders from your website and collects at the venue. Zero middlemen, zero commission, customer data is yours.
Own delivery
Deliver from your own channel with your couriers or an external fleet. Without relying 100% on aggregators.
Uber Eats
Uber Eats orders enter the POS and KDS automatically, alongside all other restaurant orders. Menu synced from Qamarero.
Glovo and Just Eat
Same native integrations: orders arrive in the same place as dine-in and your own channel.
Separation on the KDS
If you want, the kitchen sees two separate lanes on screen: internal orders and external platform orders.

Frequently asked questions
Can I have my own channel and aggregators at the same time?
Yes. They're independent systems. Pickup and own delivery run from your website; Uber Eats, Glovo and Just Eat orders enter the same POS and KDS without duplicating work.
Which plan do I need?
The full delivery engine is on the Delivery plan (€169/month) and Total (€269/month). The Basic plan includes the POS but not the delivery engine as such.
What do I gain from having my own channel?
Every direct order is margin without commission. And the customer data (name, phone, address) is yours — with external platforms, it isn't.
Do I need my own couriers?
Pickup doesn't need couriers — the customer collects in-store. For own delivery, you decide: your own courier or an external fleet.
What happens with customer data on Uber Eats?
The customer relationship belongs to Uber Eats. You receive the order but not the name, email or history. That's why shifting volume to your own channel is where the long-term value lies.
Can I change the Uber Eats menu from Qamarero?
Yes. The menu is synced. Changes you make in Qamarero are also applied to Uber Eats. You also manage schedules from the same panel.
How are internal and external orders separated in the kitchen?
The KDS can show two separate lanes: one for internal orders (dine-in, QR, own channel) and one for external orders (Uber Eats, Glovo, Just Eat).
