Uber Eats, inside your POS.
Orders enter the POS and KDS automatically, alongside everything else. No Uber tablet on the bar, no transcribing, no missing a single one.

One fewer tablet on the bar.
The integration doesn't change how Uber Eats handles the customer — it changes how you handle the orders: in the same place as the rest of your operation.
No extra tablet, no transcription
The order enters the POS automatically. Staff don't copy anything, don't press buttons on a separate device.
Synced menu
Changes you make in Qamarero are also applied to the Uber Eats menu. Prices, dishes, schedules — all from the same panel.
Kitchen stays organised
The KDS can show two separate lanes: internal orders (floor, QR, own channel) and external orders (Uber Eats). No mixing, no confusion.

From the order on the app to the dish in the bag.
Automatic entry into the POS
The customer orders on the Uber Eats app and the order reaches the POS with no intervention. The kitchen prepares it like any other.
Menu managed from Qamarero
You manage the Uber Eats menu from the Qamarero panel. Price, dish and schedule changes applied to both systems.
KDS with two lanes
In the kitchen you can see internal and external orders on separate lanes. Prevents an Uber order from slipping between dine-in tables.
Lives alongside your own delivery
Uber Eats and your own channel are independent systems. Your website keeps selling with no commission; Uber acts as additional acquisition.
Uber Eats manages the customer
The customer relationship (payment, delivery, support) belongs to Uber. You receive the order, not the name, email or history.
Direct orders vs platforms

Available on the Delivery plan from 169€/month.
The Uber Eats integration is part of the Delivery plan and the Total plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I manage the Uber Eats menu from Qamarero?
Yes. The menu is synced. Changes you make in Qamarero are also applied to Uber Eats. You also manage schedules from the same panel.
Do I get the customer's data from Uber Eats orders?
No. The customer relationship belongs to Uber Eats. You receive the order but not the name, email or purchase history.
Does it work with Glovo or Just Eat too?
Today only Uber Eats. Glovo and Just Eat are in talks — ask us for the latest status during the demo.
Can I have Uber Eats and my own delivery active at the same time?
Yes. They're independent systems. Uber Eats orders enter the POS just like direct orders, and your own channel keeps working with no commission.
What is Uber Direct? Is it the same as Uber Eats?
No. Uber Eats is the marketplace where the customer discovers you and orders. Uber Direct is a courier service so an Uber rider delivers orders that come through your own menu. Different products.
What commission does Uber Eats charge?
The commission is set by Uber Eats — it ranges from 15% to 40% depending on the agreement. That's why platforms work better as an acquisition tool than as a primary channel.
