The Assistant shows you the restaurant's top-selling items so you can take the order quickly without searching. You don't need to identify the customer to take advantage of the recommendations.
What does identifying a regular add?
The system loads their history and recommends what they usually order, even with add-ons pre-selected. You also see their internal notes, last review and birthday alert.
What customer data do I need to use it?
It works with just a name, but name and phone is ideal to recognize them on future visits. The more data the CRM profile has, the more context the Assistant adds.
How does it connect with bookings?
If there's a booking linked to that table and time, the customer is assigned automatically when the table opens. The waiter sees who they are, the booking notes and whether it's their birthday, without doing anything.
What if I pick the wrong customer?
You can change it at any time. The panel updates the context instantly with the correct customer's profile.
What information does the Assistant store?
Preferences and ordering patterns from sales history, operational team notes, booking context and birthday alerts. All of the information comes from the CRM and order history.
Does it work on the Waiter App and the POS?
Yes. The Floor Assistant panel is available both on the waiter app and on the POS. It's enabled from the restaurant settings.
Do I need the Growth plan?
Yes. The Floor Assistant is available on the Growth (€169/month) and Total (€249/month) plans. It's not included in Basic, Control or Delivery.
