How does the stamp card work?
The customer collects stamps automatically every time they pay. When they fill the card they get the reward you've configured: a discount, a free product or an experience.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The card is linked to their customer profile. If they want, they can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to keep it handy.
What kind of rewards can I offer?
Whatever you want: a free coffee, a dessert, a percentage discount, a flat discount, an experience. You define the reward and the conditions.
Can I run stamps and scratch rewards at the same time?
Not simultaneously. Only one loyalty program can be active per restaurant at a time (activating one disables the other). You can switch between stamp cards and scratch rewards by season.
Isn't it expensive to give free coffees away?
A coffee costs you 0.30€. A regular customer who comes back every week can spend over 200€ a month. Losing that customer is the expensive part.
How is it different from a paper card?
It doesn't get lost, it doesn't stay at home, it can't be faked. And it connects to the CRM: you know who each customer is, how often they visit and how much they spend.
How do I activate the program?
From the dashboard (POS → Control → Loyalty) you create the program, set stamps and rewards, and turn it on. Stamps add on their own at checkout.
Can I see how many customers are participating?
Yes. The dashboard shows active customers, completed cards, rewards generated and rewards redeemed — all in real time.
